I am pleased to advise we have commenced the bargaining process for new enterprise agreements for all TAFE NSW staff.

I also wanted to update you on how the process will work:
- Negotiations for the administrative, support and related staff agreement commenced with CPSU, AWU and United Voice and other self-nominated representatives on Thursday 18 June 2015. The negotiations for the other agreements are due to commence in mid-July.
- Your TAFE NSW bargaining team will meet with unions and other bargaining representatives every fortnight to negotiate your new agreement. To find out who is on your negotiation team, scroll down to the section below titled "Negotiation team"
- Once the negotiations have finished, you will be invited to vote on the new enterprise agreement. I encourage you to stay up to date, get involved and own your vote.
