Tomorrow you will have the opportunity to vote for a revised enterprise agreement. You should have already received your details from CorpVote Voting Services.
TAFE has improved its proposal to include an increase of 2.5% to the Early Childhood Directors and Teachers in Charge Allowance, in line with the salary increase for supervision of 1 to 6 employees and 7 employees or more. This amendment addresses the primary concern that employees expressed to us in the last ballot.
If the ballot is successfully supported, you will receive a 2.5% pay rise effective from the first pay period after 14 June 2016 and processed on the first pay period after approval by the Fair Work Commission. You will also receive a further 2.5% pay increase after 14 June 2017.
