She was the first voice we heard and the wisdom she shared with us
throughout our lives has kept us out of trouble on more than one occasion.
She's our Mother… The nurturing, strong, intelligent woman who showed
us what females are made of.
Today we celebrate Mother's Day by sharing some of the lessons mum
taught us that have lasted well beyond our childhood years...
"Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you
can". – Gary
STD conversations with potential partners". – Emily
"Cook by taste, basically how to never follow a recipe
exactly" – Claire
them and tell them you love them as time is precious". - Georgia
If you don't have your faith you have nothing. What's for you
won't pass you.
How to make brown bread (which I've now forgotten!)
How to light a fire. How to wash clothes.
How to be stubborn"! – Geraldine
travel and adventure". – Ruth
English Translation: "Tell me who you walk with and I'll
tell you who you are.
If you spend a lot of time with a certain type of people,
you'll start to become more like them. English versions of this
