Making TAFE NSW an even better place to Be.

To make your student experience even better, we’re refreshing our Student Enrolment Management System and your Learner Portal. During this time, you may notice some interruptions to our systems including your Learner Portal, our website and our support systems.

The upgrade has now been completed and you should have full access to your systems.

Email notifications made in error

You may have received an email from us on Sunday, 20 September. This email was triggered by our system upgrades and was sent to you in error.

There’s no need to respond to the email and no further action is required. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and thank you for your patience during these upgrades.

When are the upgrades happening?

The upgrades took place: Tuesday 15 September to Monday 21 September 2020.

What changed?

Your Learner Portal

You now have a new look and feel in your Learner Portal. You’ll find better views for mobile and tablets, links to support services from the menu and the ability to change the accessibility settings.

It’s important to note that your student username and password has not changed.

Our BPAY Biller Code

As of Monday 21 September 2020, TAFE NSW has a new Biller Code – 150565.

  • If you have existing scheduled payments to TAFE NSW, you’ll need to amend the biller code in your banking application to 150565 for any payments automatically scheduled from Monday 21 September 2020.
  • If you have received a fee statement recently, you'll need to use biller code 150565 from Monday 21 September 2020.
  • If you have made payments to TAFE NSW in the past, remember to update and save the new biller code before making your next payment.
  • Our BPAY Biller Code for International Students hasn't changed. It remains - 879213

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you’ll still be able to access your Online Learning Platform, however there may be some minor interruptions.

Our team are working behind the scenes to make the Learner Portal even better, so you will be unable to access this during the upgrade period.

If you need to make a payment, check your results, reset your password or view your training plan, please visit the new and improved portal on Monday 21 September.

Your student username and password will not change.

If you need to reset your password during the upgrade, you will need to call us between 8am and 6pm on 131 601.

While we are upgrading our systems, we won’t be able to finalise your enrolment. However, you can submit an online enquiry and we’ll walk you through your enrolment once the upgrade is complete.

If you’ve only just enrolled, congratulations on making the decision to join us at TAFE NSW! It may take us a few extra days to send you your confirmation letter and your login details. Rest assured, they’ll be with you shortly and you’ll be working towards your career goals in no time.

If you complete your course between Wednesday 16 - Monday 21 September, it may take a few extra days for you to see your results. We’ll be working hard to have these available in your Learner Portal and will post your transcript to you as a priority.
