GIPA - Class 3 Contracts
The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) requires disclosure of all contracts TAFE NSW enters into with the private sector valued at more than $150,000 (GST Inclusive).
Details are recorded in the register of Government contracts, which is published on the NSW eTendering website and available for anyone to view.
The GIPA Act (Part 3 Division 5) defines some contracts as Class 3 Contracts, which require an increased level of disclosure. Any of our contracts classified as Class 3 Contracts are listed in the table below with a compressed file available for download.
