When you successfully complete a Diploma of Accounting approved by the Tax Practitioner Board (TPB) you will be eligible to apply to a professional accounting body such as Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). You will need to apply for a license to practise as a BAS agent or a tax agent. Visit the TPB website for more information on registration.
