A nationally accredited qualification at Diploma level
Credit towards the Advanced Diploma of Aviation Maintenance Management (Mechanical)

This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol
At least five years current aviation mechanical maintenance experience and be presently employment in the aviation industry as evidenced by your resume or a letter from your employer
Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent as evidenced by your transcript
During your study you’ll need to provide your teacher with the following evidence:
A National Police Check
An Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or defence equivalent
To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:
Proficiency in maths
Great written and oral communication skills
Great interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with a team
An understanding of aviation maintenance management requirements

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Aviation Maintenance Management (Mechanical) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 13 units of competency, including 11 core and 12 speciality units.
