Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:
Explore the concepts, features, tools and techniques of digital animation
Translate creative ideas into motion graphics
Gain practical experience and develop specialist skills that give you an advantage in the job market.
A nationally accredited Statement of Attainment
A pathway to further study in animation or graphic design
Transferrable skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
An animated design project for your creative portfolio
This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol
Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Design or equivalent as evidenced by a copy of your transcript, or
Successful completion of the Statement of Attainment in Introduction to Graphic Design Skills as evidenced by a copy of your transcript
To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:
An interest in or background in graphic design and/or the creative industries
Basic digital skills in industry standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
Reading and writing skills to a Year 10 level
