Entry recommendations

To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

  • Extensive experience in the VET sector, either inside an RTO or partnering RTO to deliver nationally recognised training

  • Access to a VET learning environment or RTO, as well as enrolled VET learners and assessors so you can complete assessment requirements

  • Access to learners or participants who can support you in assessment activities

  • An interest in managing a training team or department

  • An interest in setting up or managing an RTO

Units Units taught in this course

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 10 units of competency, including 6 core and 4 speciality units.
