Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

Use editing and transfer tools and methods to modify drawing elements
Apply dimensions, text and symbols to drawing elements
Use a number of different drafting and modelling software applications

The ability to use foundational computer aided drafting (CAD) software for the engineering industry
Exposure to simulated, realistic manufacturing design and drafting workplaces and settings
An understanding of structural development and construction, working to industry standards and codes
