    • You'll need relevant industry employment experience, as evidenced by a cover letter and resume

    • Computer skills to navigate industry software programs, for tasks like inventory management, roster planning, generating sales and inventory reports

    • Great communication and interpersonal skills

    • An affinity for working in customer service

    • A lifestyle that is compatible with shiftwork

    • Experience in the retail industry, or previously studied a related course
