Become trade qualified and kickstart your career as an in-demand commercial or artisanal baker. Master the art of producing bread including specialty and artisan products and learn to run a retail operation in our fully equipped commercial bakery.

This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol

  • Be employed as an apprentice in the industry as evidenced by a letter of support from your employer

  • Submit your Training Plan Proposal (TPP) with your application

  • Numeracy skills to a year 9 high school level
