Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:
Prepare a range of simple dishes to industry standards
Present and store food
Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, service-ware, utensils and kitchen premises
Prevent food contamination, follow hygiene procedures and identify food hazards
Follow procedures in emergency situations and work safely in a kitchen environment
Gain practical experience and develop specialist skills that give you an advantage in the job market.
