Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

If obtaining a food safety supervisor certificate is your goal please see The Statement of Attainment in Food Safety Supervision which is also offered at TAFE NSW. This course does not qualify you to receive a Food Safety Supervisor certificate. A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is required by NSW law for all food businesses, including hospitality or retail.
