Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

  • Analyse hair and scalp, such as noticing dry or oily hair

  • Shampoo customers

  • Align and reset scissors and clippers

  • Use the four basic techniques of massage

  • Remove colours, foils and hair bleach

  • Recommend shampoos and treatments for different hair types

  • Communicate with clients and work as part of a team
