To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

  • The ability to rise early for a career in the water industry

  • An intermediate level fitness to manage physical demand in the workplace, such as lifting, bending, kneeling

  • Some experience operating a computer

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

  • A class C drivers license

  • Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 11 high school level
