Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

Respond to an emergency situation
Perform CPR procedures
Implement and monitor infection prevention and control practices

A nationally accredited Statement of Attainment
A pathway to further study in the fitness industry
The ability to register with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association as a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach
This course requires evidence of previous experience or study before you can enrol
Successful completion of the Certificate III in fitness or equivalent, as evidenced by a copy of your transcript or certificate
