This theory and practical workshop starts with the growing and roasting of the beans and leads students through the process of extracting the perfect espresso and making the complete menu of expresso drinks.
Designed for novices and those entering the cafe and/or hospitality industry, and those upgrading their skills. Training includes customer service and the correct cleaning and maintenance of the espresso machine.
