Today's ever changing market place calls for our organisations to be ever evolving. Constant change in the competitive landscape, consumer demand, legislative framework & technological environment requires our sellers to be adaptable & so with it our leaders.

The Sales Leadership course is designed for the sales leader, or aspiring sales leader, and will focus on the challenges & demands in sales. We will focus on three (3) units:

BSBSLS501 - Develop a sales plan will focus on the challenges associated with planning & leading sales team across territories so as to maximise sales.
BSBSLS502 - Lead & manage a sales team will focus on leading those individual sellers & helping them with challenges they face.
BSBWOR501 - Manage personal work priorities and professional development we'll bring it back to you. How do we continue to develop you, keep you current both for today & tomorrow, so that you can continue to lead both yourself & your team.
