Statement of Attainment in Introduction to Hospitality

Overview

This course provides the skills and knowledge required to prepare and serve a range of espresso coffee using a commercial coffee machine whilst following standard recipes, along with obtaining the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card. Participants will also gain the underpinning skills to use good hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses.
