This course provides the fundamental skills and knowledge required to interact with customers during a dining service shift which involves greeting them on arrival, taking orders, preparing non-alcoholic beverages, and serving food and beverages, all whilst following hygiene practices when handling food and beverages. These skills are developed and conducted in a simulated training restaurant.
