Assessments give you the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned and to identify the knowledge or skills that may need further development.

In this course you will undertake open book assessments for each unit, including:

  • Knowledge assessments: short and long answer questions
  • Practical application assessments: based in the online Virtual Enterprise that provides an authentic experience of working in the industry

The Certificate III is an entry level course which provides a broad introduction to the world of business. You will gain generalist skills to work in an administrative role.

The Certificate IV level course is where you will deepen your knowledge and experience by introducing complexity to tasks and start building your leadership capabilities.

This course, the Diploma, strengthens your management and leadership skills preparing you supervisory and team management positions.

The Advanced Diploma develops your strategic thinking to plan and execute campaigns, procedures, and operations. Advanced leadership skills also have a focus to operate at senior management level.

Depending on the electives you choose, you may gain hands-on experience in:

  • Planning and implementing administrative systems
  • Identifying efficiencies to streamline processes
