Overview
If you enjoy working with timber and get satisfaction from producing something with your hands, a Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery could be the beginning of a rewarding career.
This is a fully government-subsidised JobTrainer course. Eligibility criteria applies.
You will learn how to:
- Use carpentry tools and equipment
- Construct frames, trusses, eaves and roofs
- Use static machines to manufacture joinery components
- Install and replace windows and doors
Plus, you will learn in simulated workplaces that replicate residential and commercial construction environments. Our training reflects the needs and practices of the building industry so that you graduate with the know-how to do the job.
