Are you looking to advance your business and managerial skills for the administration of building contracts? TAFE NSW's Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Contract Administration) will provide you with a full knowledge of how to interpret building contracts for small to medium enterprises. You will learn how to process client requirements, read and interpret plans and specifications, arrange building applications and approvals, and prepare and administer a construction contract.
Elective units also include the ability to apply building codes and standards to the construction process for low rise building projects, produce labour and material schedules for ordering, and prepare and evaluate tender documentation.
