Overview

Are you aiming for a role as a senior manager in a building or construction firm? TAFE NSW's Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) will provide you will high-level skills in the construction management process. You will learn to oversee an operational plan, manage budgets and financial plans, recruit and induct staff, and ensure team effectiveness in the building and construction industry.

Elective units include the management of project risks, quality, costs, performance and communications, as well as the selection and management contractors, the implantation of an asset management plan, and the leadership and management of a sales team. Qualify for top-level roles such as project manager, construction manager, estimating manager or sales manager and enjoy making you mark in the building and construction industry.
