This course, the Certificate IV level, is a comprehensive qualification that equips you to work in the industry independently in the role of a technician. This course is right for you if you have a passion for technology, studied IT related subjects, worked on personal digital projects, or are working in the industry.

The Diploma builds on your generalist technical skills, ability to think strategically related to analysis and troubleshooting, and move into supervisory or team leadership roles.

The Advanced Diploma strengthens your skills through increasing complexity. You may also gain credits toward a relevant degree qualification.
