Entry recommendations

To be prepared for this course, we recommend that you have:

  • Successfully completed a Certificate IV in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification

  • At least two years of full-time work experience in a system administration role

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with businesses in creating IT solutions

Units Units taught in this course

Courses are made up of a combination of both core and specialty units. In the Diploma of Information Technology (Business Analysis) qualification, you’ll need to successfully complete 20 units of competency, including 6 core and 14 speciality units.
