The nationally recognised Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) (Component Maintenance Workshop Stream) provides you with important back-end, technical, mechanical experience for the aeroskills industry, and practise in the workplace as a maintenance engineer.
LEARN NEW SKILLS
Through a mix of theory and practical coursework, learn to:
- Perform scheduled inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs
- Modify airframes and airframe mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Assess and adjust aircraft engines and propellers
- Test and repair fixed wing, gas turbine, propeller or rotary wing aircraft
