The Diploma of Engineering - Technical (Mechanical) will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge in electrical machinery, mechanical principles and mechanical equipment. You’ll learn a range of computer aided drafting (CAD) skills, how to produce drawings for design specifications and how to interpret and create drawings components for the manufacture of equipment. You’ll also learn about fluid power will give you the skills and knowledge to set up and connect pneumatic equipment.

Once you have successfully completed this course you will be able to work in a number of different engineering related careers including mining and mineral processing, manufacturing, the oil and gas industry and the automotive industry.
