You will learn how water is used across different industries, how it is treated, how it is sourced and stored, as well as irrigation uses, collection and testing, problem solving, developing environmental sustainability initiatives and managing trade waste, in addition to further complex water management training.
Following graduation from the Certificate III in Water Industry Operations (Source), you will have the ability to conduct a variety of activities autonomously, or with limited supervision, such as sample collection and testing, water management system design and construction, equipment maintenance and repair, water treatment, managing waste and contaminated water, identifying algae, and more.
