The Certificate II in Hospitality is the entry-level qualification into the booming and exciting industry.
In the Certificate III level course, you will learn the critical skills you need to work across a variety of roles in accommodation services and in food and beverage. Plus, you will learn the essentials to providing great customer service.
The Certificate IV level course is designed to prepare hospitality professionals for supervisory roles in restaurants, hotels, motels, coffee shops, pubs and more.
The Diploma furthers develop your skills and specialised knowledge in the industry. You will also focus on people management and develop skills in leading and managing teams.
This course, the Advanced Diploma strengthens your leadership skills and focuses on strategic management of the business including marketing, finance and asset management. This course prepares you to move into senior management roles.

The Hotels and Resorts sector in Australia has expanded over the past five years with expenditure by domestic and international visitors encouraged by the low Australian dollar driving growth.
Industry revenue is forecast to grow at an annualised 2.4% per year from 2019/20 to 2023/24, to $14.2 billion.
Accommodation and hospitality managers in NSW are forecast to increase by around 2,370 jobs (or 7%) to almost 36,360 jobs in 2024/25 as growing domestic and international tourist numbers drive employment demand.
The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, enhanced digital skills to engage with online and automated booking models, and increasingly, to use data to understand customer behaviour and target products and services.
