In this course you will undertake:

• Theory-based knowledge assessments
• Role plays

The Statement of Attainment for Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) provides the mandatory training, required by Liquor & Gaming NSW, you need to serve, sell or supply alcohol in NSW.

You will learn strategies to:

• Help customers to drink within appropriate limits
• Check customer identification and refuse service to people under the age of 18 years
• Recognise when customers are intoxicated and refuse service

TAFE NSW is known for delivering up-to-date theory along with relevant, in-demand skills to ensure you are job-ready.

The learning resources for this course are based on current NSW liquor licensing legislation and their application in todays work environments.

Study online, in a TAFE NSW classroom or in your workplace. This course is theory-based with no requirement for a simulated work environment to achieve the outcome.
