The nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is the mandatory training to sell and serve alcohol in NSW. Successfully complete this short course and receive an interim certificate so you can start working in the industry immediately.

The Statement of Attainment for Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) provides the mandatory training, required by Liquor & Gaming NSW, you need to serve, sell or supply alcohol in NSW.
You will learn strategies to:
- Help customers to drink within appropriate limits
- Check customer identification and refuse service to people under the age of 18 years
- Recognise when customers are intoxicated and refuse service

The learning resources for this course are based on current NSW liquor licensing legislation and their application in todays work environments.
