Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate the work of self and/or team in the film, television, radio and interactive media industries. This qualification provides for specialisation in Specialist Make-up Services. To achieve this specialisation, the following additional packaging rules must be adhered to. For the specialisation in Specialist Make-up Services, 6 specialist units must be selected from Group B, and must include CUAMUP401 Design, apply and remove make-up and CUAMUP403 Style hair for performance or productions.
