The Certificate IV in Business Administration qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge to work in a wide variety of administrative roles. You'll be able to solve unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information. You may also provide leadership and guidance to others.

Executive Personal Assistant
The Cert IV in Business Administration can qualify you as an Executive Personal Assistant. In this role you'll be responsible for helping executives run an organization or company smoothly by performing mostly administrative and clerical duties. These can include arranging conference calls and meetings, making travel arrangements, composing correspondence, reviewing memos and reports, conducting research, creating presentations and preparing statistical reports. The role can also include more general office duties such as filing, answering phones, purchasing supplies and training and supervising other staff members.
The Diploma of Business Administration can qualify you as an Administration Manager. This role involves supporting operations by supervising staff, planning, organising and implementing administrative systems. Duties can include establishing policies, procedures and work schedules, providing communication systems, maintaining equipment, approving invoices, purchasing printed materials and forms, planning, arranging and meeting schedules and monitoring results.
The Diploma of Business can qualify you as an Executive Officer. This role is responsible for assisting an organisation to fulfil its strategic and governance roles. This can include developing, monitoring, reviewing and implementing the organisation's strategic plan, building strong connections and positive working relationships with staff and external parties, providing support and guidance to internal committees and overseeing the activities of the organisation to ensure it meets all its corporate governance and compliance requirements.
