This role performs entry-level computer programming development or modification, program testing and the preparation of program operating procedures. You will also participate in on-the-job and formal training sessions concerning the design, writing and testing of computer programs.

This role is responsible for developing information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions. You'll determine operational feasibility, document and demonstrate solutions, prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming, improve operations by conducting analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures and obtain and license software, recommend purchases, testing and approving products.
