This form enables TAFE NSW Higher Education graduates to register and pay to attend the 2018 Higher Education graduation ceremony for the Class of 2017.
THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN THIS FORM WILL BECOME A TAX INVOICE ON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, AND EMAILED TO THE CONTACT SUPPLIED.
This form must be completed for each graduate. Cost of compulsory gown hire is $60.
Should you be unable to attend the graduation and wish to have your testamur posted to you or if you require further information regarding registration for graduation you can send an email to degreeRSVP@tafensw.edu.au
By completing this form, you agree to the registration conditions, including cancellation provisions, and the privacy statement.
Registration and payments must be made by Wednesday 28 February 2018 or attendance at the graduation ceremony will not be permitted.
Payment must be made by credit card using the above 'Submit' button. Diners Card and Amex are not accepted.
Upon completion of a valid registration including payment you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your registration.
Should you be unable to attend the graduation and wish to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing by emailing degreeRSVP@tafensw.edu.au
A refund will only be given if cancellation is notified by 28 February 2018.
Closing date for registration: COB on Wednesday 28 February 2018.
