Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments: Payments must be made prior to the event or admittance will not be permitted. The completed registration form and an automated email will be emailed to the attendee upon completion of a valid registration. Full payment must be received within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Payment may also be made by cheque or credit card when you select Submit above. Diners Card and Amex are not accepted.
Closing Date: COB on Friday 24 November 2017
Cancellation: Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event. A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 10 working days prior to the event.
Substitution: Registered delegates may be substituted to the event at no charge.
