Created in collaboration with Destination Country and Outback NSW and Mid-Western Council, we've developed a program to encourage you, the future of hospitality, to discover your potential.
The professional program has two career pathways, both offer practical skills and real-life experience that will serve you as you build your career in hotels and venues, in Australia and internationally.
Certificate III in Hospitality
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Front-of-house, food and beverage
Students will develop food and beverage expertise, preparing them to work across a wide-range of opportunities in the fast-growing hospitality industry. They may pursue careers in restaurants, wineries, specialist venues or event management. This pathway is suitable for those starting out their career or people looking to upskill or change jobs.
Back-of-house, advanced culinary skills
This course will help you to develop the advanced culinary and leadership skills required to be a cut above the rest. This pathway has been designed for those who hold a recent Certificate III in Commercial Cookery that want to take their career to the next level. You will attend monthly workshops for the duration of the course, which will provide an interactive learning environment where you can discuss topics with your teachers and learn from your peers.
The Hospitality Professional Program is holistic in approach, and includes:
