Course Description

This program of study will provide the skills and knowledge required to
complete a professional evaluation of wine.

Entry Requirements

 The NSW Liquor regulations require students to be 18 years of age or older if
they are undertaking units that involve the service of alcohol. To comply with
these legislative requirements, students must be 18 years of age or older to
undertake the this course.
