Module/Unit Purpose

When you successfully complete this unit you will be able to identify and measure the use of resources in your workplace. You will be able to comply with environmental regulations, recognise breaches and report them appropriately. You will be able to apply your knowledge of basic environmental sustainability principles to suggest and carry out improvements to workplace practices, including those that will reduce your negative environmental impacts. This unit addresses the knowledge, processes and techniques necessary to participate in environmentally sustainable work practices in the seafood industry.
