On completion of this unit you will have the skills and knowledge required to prepare and present a variety of sandwiches in a commercial kitchen or catering operation.  This will cover the preparation, presentation and storage potential of a variety of sandwiches including:
classical  and modern 
hot  and cold 
a variety of cultural and ethnic origins 
a range of fillings and types of bread
a range of service styles
  
Specifically, you will be able to:
Prepare and present a variety of sandwiches
Store sandwiches
