Through theoretical and practical course work, you will learn:

This is a part time day face to face course. You will need to attend approximately 4 hours of class, over 1 day a week, for 10 weeks.


This course offering is designed for people who want an entry point to further study, work and community participation. The course provides opportunities to engage in formal education, set goals, develop learning strategies and increase self-esteem.
