Course Details

This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:

* develop employability skills and knowledge at AQF level 1 to retrain or enter the workforce
* identify realistic education, employment or community engagement goals and appropriate training pathways, including pre-vocational pathways
* participate in a formal, supported or self-managed learning environment
There are no essential educational requirements for this course.
You will need to have an interview and orientation with your teacher before you start class. Your teacher will contact you with a date and time of your interview. Information session will take place on Wednesday 26th June, between 10:00am and 6:00pm.

Connected Learning Centres are custom designed to utilise modern technologies, simulations and virtual reality experiences to offer you a wider range of choices, more accessible, practical training and flexible learning opportunities. Students can access work booths, group learning rooms, a computer hub, print shop, tech-bar, media lounge, and learning support centre and a creative space to work on ideas for the future.

Monday and Wednesday 9:00am to 2:45pm, 10 hours per week for 17 weeks and optional attendance at the study centre on Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm to 3:00pm TAFE NSW Deniliquin Connected Learning Centre, Poictiers St, Deniliquin, Building D.

Depending on your previous qualifications and experience your fee may decrease from the maximum shown.
Payment by instalment may also be available. Your fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process.

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government, and as a result your fee is determined through Training Services NSW formal eligibility criteria. This criteria will determine your exact fee. Students who meet additional specified criteria, may be eligible for a concession fee or a fee exemption. In claiming the concession or exemption students will be required to supply the required evidence to support the claim in accord with the requirements of Smart and Skilled eligibility.

Payment Plans are available through TAFE NSW for Smart and Skilled eligible qualifications.

To activate your eligibility you must pay the student fee component PRIOR to commencement of the learning activity.
