This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:
- language, learning, team participation and digital literacy skills to undertake further study
- strategies to assert own Aboriginal identity
- inclusive communication skills and strategies to resolve conflict
- an understanding of workplace protocols and ethical practice
- career preparation for the NSW Police Force or other service organisations
2nd Block: Monday 20th travel to Goulburn Police Academy 9-5pm. 21st Tuesday 9-5pm, Wednesday 22nd 9-5pm, Thursday 23rd 9-5pm.
3rd Block: Monday 3rd June 9-5pm, Tuesday 4th June 9-5pm, Wednesday 5th 9-5pm, Thursday 6th 9-5pm, Friday 7th 9-5pm.
4th Block: Monday 1st July 9-5pm, Tuesday 2nd July 9-5pm, Wednesday 3rd July 9-5pm, Thursday 4th July 9-5pm, Friday 5th July 9-5pm.
5th Block: Monday 5th August 9-5pm, Tuesday 6th August 9-5pm, Wednesday 7th August 9-5pm, Thursday 8th August 9-5pm, Friday 9th August 9-5pm.
6th Block: Monday 2nd September 9-5pm, Tuesday 3rd September 9-5pm, Wednesday 4th September 9-5pm, Thursday 5th September 9-5pm, Friday 6th Graduation Day at Yarradamarra Dubbo TAFE 9-5pm.
Plus Videoconference delivery 4 hours a week for 11 Weeks.
Depending on your previous qualifications and experience your fee may decrease from the maximum shown.
Payment by instalment may also be available. Your fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process.
