For those who wish to revise and refresh their previously gained knowledge and skills applicable to the use of the wiring rules and cable selection standards AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS3008.1. It is designed for licenced electricians re-entering the trade after an absence, for overseas electricians with a Craft Certificate - Electrical and for students who have completed (successfully or unsuccessfully) competency unit UEENEEG107A - Select Wiring Systems and UEENEEG063A - Arrange Circuits Control and Protective Devices and who wish to either gain further experience in the use of the AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS3008.1 or who would like a structured class support environment.

Applicants must have prior knowledge and experience in the use of the wiring rules and cable selections. For licenced electricians re-entering the trade after an absence, for overseas electricians with a Craft Certificate - Electrical and for students who have completed (successfully or unsuccessfully) competency unit UEENEEG107A- Select Wiring Systems and UEENEEG063A - Arrange Circuits Control and Protective Devices and who wish to either gain further experience in the use of the AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS3008.1 or who would like a structured class support environment.
This course is designed to assist students in revision for the theory aspect of the Capstone examinations. The course is delivered specifically nine weeks prior to the Capstone examination to assist students. Students should contact the Head Teacher prior to undertaking this course to ensure all units have been completed.
