Course Details

This Statement of attainment is for people employed in the food service industry who would like to expand their skills and knowledge in restaurant butchery.

Over the four Master Classes you will learn how to break down and prepare primals of lamb carcase, and primals of a beef carcase.
There are no entry requirements for this course.
Proposed Attendance: Mondays from 5.30pm, four hours per week for six weeks.

Depending on your previous qualifications and experience your fee may decrease from the maximum shown.
Payment by instalment may also be available. Your fee and eligibility for concession/exemption will be calculated and confirmed during the enrolment process.

The training is part of the NSW Government Smart and Skilled Targeted Priorities Pre-vocational and Part Qualifications program.

You may be eligible for FEE Free study if you meet the following Smart and Skilled Eligibility criteria:

* 15 years or older
* have left school
* live or work in New South Wales
* are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
* You must have a USI (Unique Student Identifier)

The Commonwealth requires all VET students to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI), and access to government subsidised courses depends on this. Information regarding USI and instructions on how to get your USI are available here www.usi.gov.au This will be required to finalise your enrolment.

Once you enrol in this course, your eligibility will be confirmed by a Customer Service Officer. The commencement of any program is subject to a sufficient number of participants.
