Statement of Attainment in Marine Proficiency in Survival Craft (other than fast boat rescue) covers both practical and theory aspects of the course - STCW Regulation V1/2 and Code Section A-V1/2, Table A-V1/2-1

Participants will attend face to face, five (5) days (AMSA requirement) at the Hunter Maritime College (HMC) Newcastle Campus. Proficiency in Survival Craft (PSC) other than fast boat rescue - STCW Regulation V1/2 and Code Section A-V1/2, Table A-V1/2-1. The course will cover both practical and theory aspects of the course. Transportation will be provided to practical sessions offsite.

A message for young people under 17 years of age - If you are under 17 years and wish to enrol you will need to have completed Year 10 or have special permission from school and TAFE to do so.
Classes are currently scheduled to run on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
