Course Details

This hands-on, 3 hour course is held in our specialist barista training facility and introduces participants to the skills and knowledge required to gain employment in a cafe or coffee shop.

Participants will learn about:

  • A range of coffee styles including cappuccino, cafe latte and long black
  • Preparing and presenting coffee
  • Use and maintenance of a commercial espresso machine

Students receive a TAFE Statement for their participation in this class.

Shirt with sleeves, long trousers and covered in non-slips shoes are to be worn.

Attendance is at TAFE NSW Scone, Connected Learning Centre, 26 Main Street, Scone on Tuesday, 22 October 2019, 9.00am to 12.00pm.

In addition to your course fee, there may be some additional charges to cover the costs of undertaking this training.
