This course is only available to Electricians whose licenses have lapsed in the last 5 years and prospective students who meet one of the Licensing Pathway categories as shown on the Fair Trading NSW website. Successful completion of this course does not guarantee the student a licence. Licenses are issued at the discretion of Fair Trading NSW.

This is an online course. You will need to complete approximately 6 hours of online study, over a week, for your enrolment duration of 10 weeks. You can increase the hours of online study per week to complete the course sooner.

An individual training plan will be provided to you upon enrolment in this course. This plan will outline the recommended study timetable and detail your units and assessment due dates on your course commencement date.
This training is not subsidised by Government funding. There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this course.
Payment of course fee must be made PRIOR to commencement of learning activity.
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES You will need to provide for yourself the following resources which you will keep when you complete your study:
- a current copy of Australian Standard AS/NZS 3000: 2007. Please refer to Standards Australia for the cost.
