To be prepared for this short course, we recommend that you have the ability to use a computer, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Teams to complete work tasks and undertake virtual study.
You will attend a TAFE NSW campus or Connected Learning Centre to connect with your teachers and other students in a virtual classroom where you will participate in learning activities via video or web conferencing technology. Much like a regular class, you will have scheduled times of attendance. Depending on what you are studying, your course may also include some online units or practice training though our network of Mobile Training Units.
TAFE NSW West Wyalong is located near the crossroads of the Newell and Mid-Western Highways, in a charming rural setting. The largest town in the Bland Shire, West Wyalong has a past embedded in the gold mining tradition. Today this area is renowned for agricultural production. TAFE NSW West Wyalong is known for delivering exceptional training with a focus on sport and recreation, administration and retail, early childhood education and care, community services and forestry.
