You are required to provide evidence on the first day of class, the following:

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card endorsement

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

This course is subject to licensing requirements as set by Liquor and Gaming NSW.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is the foundational competency required in order to sell, serve or supply liquor. Depending on your duties you may also need Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG).

The NSW Liquor Licensee Course is a requirement for all licensees, approved managers and club secretaries. Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to apply for a Liquor License in New South Wales.

To be enrolled in this course, you need to be able to provide evidence that you:

  • have completed the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course and hold current NSW RSA competency

This course requires you to complete a one on one discussion with a teacher via a virtual meeting. In this meeting you will be required to demonstrate your knowledge of the unit content, and show how you would put this knowledge into practice in your place of work.
